Help Us Support Local People This Summer
Summer can be one of the most challenging times of the year for many of the people we support. While donations often decrease during the holiday season, the need for emergency food and essential household items continues.
That’s why we’re asking our amazing community to support our Summer Appeal by donating just one item from our most-needed list.
Whether you’re doing your weekly shop, collecting with friends or colleagues, or organising a workplace or community collection, every donation helps us provide emergency food parcels and essential toiletries to local people facing crisis.
This summer, we’re particularly in need of:
- Tinned meat
- Long-life fruit juice
- Tinned potatoes
- Tinned vegetables
- UHT milk
- Coffee
- Cooking sauces
- Tinned rice pudding and custard
- Shower gel and soap
- Toothpaste
Every item donated goes directly towards supporting individuals and families across Hertford, Ware and the surrounding villages. As the cost of living continues to put pressure on household budgets, your generosity helps ensure that nobody in our community has to face hardship alone.
