Volunteers are the unsung hero’s that keep Foodbanks running. Without them we simply wouldn’t exist. This week we want to take the time to acknowledge and thank all our volunteers for the work they have and continue to do.
We have 48 wonderful volunteers here at the Hertford and District Foodbank, working across 2 sites (one in Hertford & one in Ware). We have drivers, packers, sorters, friendly faces, amazing tea makers and so many more. These incredible volunteers work tirelessly to ensure that we can support as many people as we can facing crisis as possible in our local community.
The commitment and passion our volunteers show for the work they do is truly inspiring and we are grateful for EVERY single one of them.
